Darth Tyranus was a apprentice dark lard to Darth Sidious and was a master of Form II1). He was known as Count Dooku to everyone other than Darth Sidious who referred to him by his Sith name.

Hilt History
This unique hilt was lost after Darth Tyranus was defeated by Anakin Skywalker aboard the Invisible Hand. The hilt is presumed destroyed along with the ship during the battle over Coruscant.
